These minutes can be used on anything that maintains your site, but also, anything that moves the development of your site forward. Need a new page created? A new form put on your homepage? Or maybe you need some content updating? All of these are things that you can spend your support minutes on.

In the dark corners of the internet, a despicable species known as hackers lie in wait, looking to violate vulnerable areas of your website. A security scan will inform you whether any malware is present and also identify potential weak spots, so this process can prevent those unscrupulous vandals from bringing your site down or stealing any of your users' personal information, which can be disastrous.

Out of date plug-ins can be an open invite to not only those dreaded hackers but also any bugs that like to weave their way into your system. Regularly updated and well-maintained plugins are far more secure.

If the worst happens and something goes wrong with your website, our monitoring system will alert us and our team can have it back up and running as soon as possible.

Should the worst happen and your site gets brought down by malware or hackers, we will have a copy that can be put back up very quickly. This limits the time that your site is down and because we do it weekly, there will only ever be minimal updates to get you back up to speed.
